After pursuing a career in finance, London-born Adam escaped the rat race to travel the world before settling in Chiang Mai, Thailand. There, he joined a local publishing house as Deputy Editor while establishing an English editing company for local businesses and teaching Math to primary school kids.
The move to CarBuzz was born of a desire to help grow a nascent company into a household name. After a couple of years of writing and editing the news, Adam took over as Editor-in-Chief, responsible for creative strategy and developing content, while managing a team of writers in the US and Europe. A member of the Automotive Press Association and International Motor Press Association, Adam will occasionally leave the office to drive a Maserati across France or interview an automotive executive in Shanghai, but he prefers to leave this to his trusted team of gearheads and car nerds.
Adam was born into a family of car enthusiasts, with an eclectic mix of machinery dotting the driveway during his youth, ranging from his own VW Golf Mk2 and Toyota MR2 Mk1, to a 78 Stingray, Ferrari Mondial and the most recent addition a delightful 1964 Austin Healey Sprite we call Betty. A frequent visitor to Brands Hatch, the Goodwood Festival of Speed, and Geneva Motor Show, if there’s a chance to visit a car show or race, or drive something exotic, Adam will be there.
