Audi R8 Now Offered with a V10

Just when you thought Audi couldn't make the R8 even cooler, well, they just managed to. For 2010, Audi is now offering a 5.2 liter V10 engine with 512 horsepower. As if the V8 wasn't fast enough, it's claimed the new V10 version will go from zero to 60 mph in less than four seconds. Other additions from the V8 model include all LED lights, a Bang & Olufsen 465 watt sound system, unique exterior styling and wheels.

The V10 version now puts the R8 into direct competition with its cousin, the Lamborghini Gallardo. I'm just waiting for a good old fashioned match up.
