Expected to debut as either a 2023 or 2024 model, the Cadillac Celestiq will be a $200,000 hand-assembled all-electric sedan flagship once it goes on sale. Build quantities are expected to be fairly limited, though precise annual allocation remains unknown.
What is known is that the Celestiq will ride on General Motor's new flexible modular Ultium platform and will have standard all-wheel drive and four-wheel steering. At least a 400-mile range is expected. An innovative glass roof encompassing four-quadrant, suspended-particle-device smart glass will be standard and each occupant will be able to set the roof transparency to their desires. Additional interior delicacies will include a 33-inch display and numerous hand-crafted materials.
