Buy Used Infiniti Models

There is just one Infiniti coupe for sale on the US market at present, namely the Q60 luxury 2-door coupe. It’s the successor of the Infiniti G35 and G37 coupe cars, as well as the spiritual successor of the Nissan Skyline. Though it doesn’t drive like a sports car, it is genuinely comfortable on the road and offers a really refined ride. This complements its upscale and feature-rich cabin where top-notch materials are used, boasting some of the most comfortable seats in this price range, although the rear seats are a little cramped. All trims can be had in all-wheel drive, too, and there’s a potent power plant on offer.

Infiniti 2-Door Coupe Range

  • Q60: Powering the compact sports coupe is a 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine dialed to deliver either 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, or 400 hp and 350 lb-ft. A seven-speed automatic transmission does duty throughout the lineup as standard while either RWD or AWD can be selected. With the more powerful engine, the top-spec Q60 model, the Red Sport 400, can accelerate from 0-60 mph in a decent 4.5 to five seconds. The Q60 is a good looking coupe, and is fitted with all the modern specs and features expected of the segment. The V6 engine can prove rather extravagant with fuel consumption figures, though.

What to Consider Before Buying

There’s a lot to gain from investing in Infiniti’s only coupe model, but, as with any vehicle on the market, there are some downsides to consider, too. Here are just some of the typical pros and cons associated with Infiniti’s 2-door coupe:

Pros

  • Strapping twin-turbo V6 powertrain
  • Polished and compliant ride quality
  • Eye-catching, sporty exterior design
  • Premium and featureful interiors
  • All-wheel-drive available for all trims

Cons

  • Not as apt as other sport coupes in terms of exciting driving dynamics
  • Unintuitive infotainment system
  • Severely impractical trunk space
