The 2010 Nissan Altima Sedan has undergone a modest mid-cycle refresher for the latest model year. One of the most competitive mid-size sedan segments, the 2010 Nissan Alitma is head-to-head with the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Ford Fusion, and Chevrolet Malibu. Interesting point is that the Altima's navigation system received the biggest upgrade by moving to a 6.5 inch touch-screen unit, and Nissan's Hard Drive Navigation System is revamped as well.
Inside, the 2010 Altima has been given a modest redo with changes that include better interior fabrics and better quality material pieces. As a five-seater, the rear seat can be folded for more storage and to fit larger items in the car. The 2.5 S model comes with a 2.5-lite four-cylinder, while the 3.5 SR model comes with a 3.5-liter V6.
