• ID.4: The ID.4 is Volkswagen's first-ever fully-electric SUV. It debuted in the USA in 2021, so it is naturally a highly contemporary and state-of-the-art EV. With its 201-hp electric motor and consummate German engineering, the small car delivers peppy acceleration and impressive handling dynamics, along with a competitive 250-mile range and fuel economy estimates of 104/89/97 MPGe city/highway/combined. It also comes standard with an 11-kW onboard charger, a 110-volt charging cable, and has a DC charging acceptance rate of up to 125 kW. That means it can be charged with 60 miles of range in ten minutes on a DC fast-charger.
• ID.6: Moving into 2022 and beyond, the ID.6 is set to debut in 2023 and will be offered in a pair of models inspired by the ID. Vizzion Concept sedan and ID. Space Vizzion wagon. Available configurations will include a single electric motor working alongside a rear-wheel drivetrain, or a dual-motor setup paired with an all-wheel drivetrain. The GTX performance version in the lineup will be able to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in around five and a half seconds. There will be several battery sizes offered, the top-tier of which (84 kWh) will provide a 431-mile driving range on a single charge.
